For Worship Pleasing to God
Psalm 115:1–Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory.
Father God, thank you for the opportunity to gather together as fellow believers in you. We ask that as we spend time singing, praying, and worshiping you, that our words and behavior will be pleasing to you. Help us to understand what pleases you and to change any areas individually and collectively where our worship does not meet your standards. We long to feel your presence with us and to truly honor you in everything we do. Thank you for loving us and being patient with us.
