ACFW has so much to offer, and we want to make sure you make the most out of your ACFW membership and your conference experience. Here are some frequently asked questions about becoming a member of ACFW, finding a local chapter, attending a conference, connecting with us, and so much more.
- I’m a new member. How do I access the Member’s Only section?
Click the LOGIN button at the top right of our website and fill in your chosen user name and password. If you don’t recall your chosen user name, you may use your email address as your user name. You can retrieve your password here or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want to join ACFW, click here to register. The new member fee is $75. Renewal for current members is $49, as of February 1, 2019.
- I’ve forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click here to reset your password. If your email has changed, contact ACFW’s Membership Director at email@example.com or the Web Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If I’m a former member, may I just renew my membership?
Once your membership has lapsed, you’ll need to re-join ACFW for the $75 new member fee. However, if you know your user name and password, you may log-in to your old account and make any updates. This will save you from completing a brand new membership application. From there, you’ll be taken to the payment page. Please see questions above if you’ve forgotten your user name and password.
- How do I know when my ACFW membership is up for renewal?
Your membership is good for one year. The Membership Director will email you a renewal notice before your renewal is up as a reminder. If you have questions about your membership, contact email@example.com.
