By submitting my books and book-related merchandise (both referred to as INVENTORY from this point onward) to be included in the ACFW Bookstore, I agree that I am responsible for all costs related to delivery/pickup, or shipping to/from the University Plaza Hotel, Springfield, MO, for all shipping costs to/from the hotel, packaging to/from the hotel, and any hotel storage charges if my shipment arrives prior to my arrival.
Bookstore Delivery: Wednesday, September 3, 2025 between 10 am-9 pm.
I further agree that it is my responsibility to deliver my inventory to the bookstore in Iowa (name of room) at the hotel Wednesday, September 3, 2025 between 10 am-9 pm. (For anyone arriving later than 9 pm on Wednesday, inventory may be delivered on Thursday as early as 8 am, but there is no guarantee that the staff will be able to display your inventory before the store opens for business on Thursday.)
Bookstore Pickup and Close-out: Sunday, September 7, 2025 between 9 am-11 am.
To expedite your pickup, please bring your inventory sheet and be prepared to sign off on unsold inventory that you are picking up. Please do not attempt to box your inventory yourself, as staff requires certain information and counts and will assist you. Inventory will NOT be available for pickup prior to Sunday morning at 9:00 am. If your departure is prior to that, you MUST notify the staff at cd@acfw.com and ct@acfw.com prior to August 14, 2025.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT: If I fail to pick up my inventory and/or displays by the designated time, I will forfeit 100% of my sales and any unsold inventory/displays will be donated to hotel staff.
Under the terms of this agreement, I will receive from ACFW 60% of gross sales of my inventory, payment to be made within 30 days of the close of the sale, either by check or via PayPal as designated by me on this form. I acknowledge that sales tax is inclusive in the sales prices I enter for my books, and that ACFW will be responsible for filing and remitting payment for all state/local taxes.
