The following options are available for advertising in and outside the bookstore, and in the Conference booklet. Full registration is required to advertise in the ACFW Bookstore, but not required to advertise in the Conference booklet.
IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
JUNE 15, 2026: All PRINT advertising specs should be emailed to Robin at cd@acfw.com no later than JUNE 15, 2026 with the subject line ACFW Advertising Specs. Failure to submit your ad specs on time will result in no ad in the printed booklet and no refund will be issued. (A full listing of all advertising specs, file size, dimensions, etc. will be included in your email confirmation for your convenience.)
JUNE 15, 2026: If there are any changes or you need to cancel, the last day to receive a refund (minus the $10 processing fee) for print advertising is June 15th, 2026.
AUGUST 1, 2026: If there are any changes or you need to cancel, the last day to receive a refund (minus the $10 processing fee) for bookstore advertising is August 1, 2026.
