Scripture: The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge . . . ~ Psalm 18:2 
Lord, we pray for the veteran conferees. Refresh us as we meet with old friends and acquaintances, bless our pitches, and send us new nuggets of truth for our craft. Also, please give us eyes to see the newbies. Show us ways to help, encourage, and serve those who are where we once were. Help us to make this a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all. Amen.
