Day 15 Focus: For First-Time Attendees
Scripture: Philippians 4:6 (NIV) —Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Prayer:
Father, I pray that you will be with those who are attending the conference for the first time. Go before them and prepare the way, already putting things in motion for the conversations, introductions, and sessions that await them. Give them courage as they step into each new room and a sense that you are with them. Most of all, Father, I pray that you will use the experience of this conference to solidify their calling as a writer, to teach them and shape their ability, and to pour out your affirmation on them in this journey. May they leave encouraged and renewed in their passion for writing, and closer to You as they pursue it. Bless them with new friendships and a beautiful community to share this calling. Amen.
