Topic: For worship pleasing to God
2 Corinthians 5:9-Therefore we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him.
Merciful Father, Almighty God,
It is amazing to think that You–the truly awesome, Holy God who created and sustains everything, everywhere–You love us. As we anticipate the upcoming ACFW conference, we ask Your Holy Spirit to prepare our hearts to worship You. You are the only One totally worthy of honor and adoration. May we please You during our worship times together–because its all for only You, Lord. Please help us to block out everything else and come to You with hearts overflowing with love for You, our Beloved and Mighty King, the One who gives our hearts words and makes them sing. May Your name and the name of Your precious Son, Jesus, be praised and glorified, now and forever.
