Topic: Finalists in the Carol Awards
Psalm 31:14-15a–But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord, I say, You are my God. My times are in Your hand.
Heavenly Father: Thank you for each of the finalists in the Carol Awards. We thank you for their faithfulness to your calling on their lives, and for their hard work and perseverance to produce quality books that glorify you and draw readers into a closer relationship with you. Father, please calm nervous hearts and worried minds. Provide peace for each finalist. Protect their minds from comparing themselves to others, and instead, have them focus on their own writing journey and their obedience to you. Most importantly, give them a joyful spirit. As they meet others at the conference, may their speech always be sprinkled with love, with grace, and with humility. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
