Join us for ACFW’s Virtual Mini-Conference on Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22, 2025, with an optional early bird session on Thursday, March 20 with multi-published author Kimberley Woodhouse. Over the course of the two days, we’ll offer over a dozen workshops led by leaders in the industry, and appointments with agents, editors, and specialty. All for one set price.

Each year, many veteran authors and those just learning the craft of Christian fiction gather in many ways–in person or online–to hear skilled instructors who inspire us all to be better writers…to gain from the insights of industry professionals…and to present their ideas to agents and editors looking for stories like theirs, or to mentors who can help them move forward in their writing career.

The Registration fee includes:
- Virtual Workshops (via zoom with the opportunity to download the entire virtual conference approximately 3 weeks after the virtual conference ends).
- Appointments with agents and editors and publicity representatives are available on a first pay, first scheduled basis. Appointments are limited.
- When you pay for the Virtual conference, you are automatically eligible to receive a $100.00 discount for the IN-PERSON conference in September in New Orleans.
Payment:
Full payment will be required to secure your registration. Payment can be made by credit card (through PayPal: you do NOT have to have a PayPal account) or check/money order. Your registration will be confirmed by a separate email after payment is received. Credit card payments are processed almost immediately; registrations by check payments will be confirmed by separate email after the check clears and is deposited to the ACFW account (approx. two weeks after receipt).
Cancellation
Cancellations may be made until NOON CENTRAL March 15, 2025. Prior to the deadline, refunds will be made in the manner in which payment was received, minus $35.00 handling fee; cancellations after the deadline will not be refunded.
Returned Check Policy
There is a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.
