Topic: For Worship pleasing to God
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:9 – Therefore we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, let us delight ourselves in you, glorifying your name in praise and worship for you are worthy to be praised.
As we move toward the hope of giving all glory to You, we ask that our time of worship may be pleasing to You. Show us how to celebrate our talents and the written word by standing in praise of You. Allow us to hold You up high as we strive to show Your grace and love in each thought we think, each song we sing, and each word we speak. We lift up Your name in praise and worship. And we ask that in doing so, we show You our hearts and our willingness to give You all thanks and glory. We ask this in Your Holy Name. Amen.
