Day 20 Focus: For all attending to rest in God’s timing for their lives
Scripture: Psalm 37:4-5 (ESV)–Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
You have promised that You will give us the desires of our hearts when we delight in You and commit our ways to You. Sometimes it’s so hard to wait on Your timing, and we are tempted to do it on our own instead. Help us to wait on You as You work out the details for appointments and requests. May our prayers always be for Your will to be accomplished in Your timing because Your ways are higher than our own. Amen.
