2024 Author ACFW Storyfest Registration

We are excited to offer a wide-range of opportunities for authors to connect with readers, at every budget level. Please note that you must be fully registered for the ACFW Conference in order to participate in Storyfest. Additionally, as a benefit to the readers attending, as well as getting your name and books in front of as many participating readers as possible, all authors participating in Storyfest must provide up to 100 items of swag/books for the swag room.

  • Please enter your author name if you write under a pseudonym.

  • Storyfest Options

    Please only enter a quantity of “1” beside each option you choose. All participating authors receive photo listing in the Storyfest reader booklet, participation with readers at the Photo Booth in the Reader Gallery, and your swag/books available to all readers.
  • Meet and mingle with all the readers participating in Storyfest **This takes place at the same time as conference agent panels and spotlight on publishing houses.

  • Panels of authors who will be asked a series of questions to entertain and let the readers get to know you. **This takes place at the same time as the conference agent panels & spotlight on publishing houses.

  • Participation in one of the fun & games slots with readers–first come, first paid basis–Bananagrams, Whodunit, Pictionary, or Say What? **This takes place at the same time as conference continuing education sessions.

  • Host a table with up to 9 readers. You must decorate/set with swag. Menu: field greens salad, Red Wine Braised Short Rib, Sweet Potato Puree, Roasted Baby Vegetables, Crispy Shallot, Red Wine Hibiscus Demi, with Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart, Chocolate Sauce, Fresh Whipped Cream for dessert.

  • Enjoy coffee and donuts with Storyfest readers. Bring swag/decorations for up to 10 readers. ***This event is at the same time as conference worship & announcements & beginning of workshops 9-12.

  • A fun time for authors to share their hearts and passion of why they write with readers. **This takes place at the same time as conference workshops 9-12.
