ACFW Conference Prayer: For a Smooth Registration
Romans 8:28–And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
Father God, we ask your special presence with those you have called to this conference and with the workers handling registration and preparation. Where there are impediments, we ask for your intervention and provision. Help the conference staff work smoothly together to make this registration easy and welcoming for the attendees. May all be done for your glory and in your perfect will. In Jesus’ most precious name. Amen.

Heaven is our destination,
and optimism floats;
please get us through this registration,
the sheep, and oh. the goats!
The blessed few who patient, queue,
and wait for our attention
and placed in shade by others who
are worse than we might mention.
They want is all, and want it now,
and seem not to comprehend
that a frantic screaming row
will not cause me to bend.
“Get back in line, and keep your silence,
for even Christ was kin to violence.”
Yeah, Jesus chasing people around with a whip, a good image for the registrar.
